Happy New Year!! I love to spend the time between Christmas and New Years + the first week of the year reflecting and manifesting. I wanted to share with you guys how I do it and some of my top goals and ins/outs…plus some travel hit list ideas :) I hope you enjoy — wishing you the strictest year ahead xoxo


I always start by reflecting on last year’s mood board and seeing what’s happened what good stuff I want to keep or double click on & what I may want to add this year..I write my ins and outs list and my goals for the next year (see below) and then go through and save a bunch of inspo pics that align from Pinterest (here is mine in case you like any of the following pics). I love to find beautiful images that represent the different moods, achievements, goals, feelings, places I want for 2025. After finding and saving a bunch to my 2025 vision board on Pinterest, I go through and download my favorites. Then I make a collage on Canva with the images and just have fun playing around with the arrangement. I make sure the graphic is the size of my iphone background so I can set it and be reminded every day of what I need to focus on…

My 2025 Vision Board:

Main Goals:

  1. health and wellness. be clean, healthy, balanced. romanticize morning and night routine. daily movement. feel pretty!

  2. be present. be where your feet are. focus on the good. be silly. belly laughs & QT with your people. more adventures.

  3. create more. consume less. make stuff just for fun. dress up. celebrate beauty.

  4. take big risks. build a Business. take strictly to the next level. make and save money!

I normally make some high level goals and then double click on each, outlining new habits or methods I am going to use to achieve specific milestones/ visions. I also write down my core values and write down some adjectives on how I want to feel. I do this all on Notion!!


My In's & Out’s:

IN: sorry, there are a lot.

  • good hair (no breakage)

  • good skin (monthly facials)

  • good nails (strong natural nails & russian manicures)

  • yoga & breathwork (skyting unlimted)

  • Doing

  • being present

  • phone in the other room morning and night

  • rising with the sun

  • morning movement

  • fresh air

  • Building My Business

  • au poivre sauce Whenever Possible

  • taking risks

  • learning new things (podcasts instead of music all the time)

  • showing up for people

  • generosity

  • creating for fun

  • alignment

  • optimism

  • sport headbands (idk what they are called but you know the vibe)

  • sharing

  • abundance mindset

  • walking into restaurants

  • a little bit of routine

  • Robe Time & sunday girly rots at home

  • being clean (everything showers)

  • cooking on week nights

  • spontaneity

  • hand written thank you notes

  • not caring what people think

  • natural curly hair

  • but also blowouts

  • concerts

  • dopamine dressing / dressing up in general

  • financial education and saving money bleh

  • carrying cash

  • Sunday dinners

  • everyday luxuries

  • pop of red, always

OUT:

  • unbridled hedonism

  • comparison

  • scarcity mindset

  • impulse shopping

  • overpacking

  • being a hater

  • mascara

  • doing things you know you don’t want to do (while still going out of your comfort zone)

  • being too comfortable to make a change

  • indecision

  • overplanning (ironic re the following section…but it’s more like dreaming)
