Strictest Hotels in Europe (vol. 1)
I stayed at 8+ swoon worthy hotels this summer and thought I'd share my in-depth reviews on each...the real tea on them all and if and why I'd rec or stay again!
It’s hard to accept that summer is over, but only felt right to share an homage to my top stays in Spain, England, France, and Italy over the past few months!
Also wanted to say that I booked pretty much all of this through a fora travel advisor so I could get free perks + upgrades (can’t travel any other way now) — Hannah has the strictest hotel taste and is literally the best advocate, trust me you wanna book your next trip with her. Let’s get into the goooood stuff:
Hotel Corazon — Mallorca, Spain
This place feels like you are at a wellness retreat in the middle of the mountains. Hotel Corazon has been on my hit list for quite some time and I am so glad I finally pulled the trigger and went on a little solo trip to Mallorca this summer. The hotel is in the hills of Soller and very close driving to the famous beaches on the Deià side of the island, so it was easy to get to Cala Deià for lunch and to walk around the town before dinner. Food is healthy and delicious, staff is lovely and branding is oh so on point. Views and vibes are immaculate and I highly highly recommend. Also, pricing isn’t too bad!
Hotel Son Net — Mallorca, Spain
I can’t speak more highly about this hotel. If you want to splurge in Mallorca, this is your hotel. I could write an essay just on the newly opened spa, but every single detail here is executed in the most strict manner. each room is decorated in a bespoke way, the pool is the most serene place to bask, and every corner of this pink palace has you in awe — you’ll literally never want to leave the property.
Soho Farmhouse — Cotswolds, England
Sorry not sorry but Soho Farmhouse is one of my happy places. If you are an under 27 member, you can book a room for literally $250 on a monday night and that has become my new go-to on every london trip (although i will be trying out estelle manor next). the half off rate applies to everything (spa and food) and is unmatched for the quality you are getting. i love to lay on the loungers by the pool, read and bask, head to the spa and then grab dinner at the very special Berenjak popup (reason itself to go!!). the piglet is the cutest room and the best price. jump on a cutie little bike and explore the stunning grounds — oh and don’t miss the shop…such a strict curation.
Le Grand Mazarin — Paris, France
My fav little boutique hotel in Paris rn. Many good options, but hard to pass on this serotonin boosting decor. Ofc it is a Martin Brudnizki designed hotel, and there are fun surprises in every corner. small rooms, but as to be expected in paris. best location too!!
Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay — 45mins from Paris
